Join us Thursday, August 28th, when we feature a brewery that has been dear to our hearts since they opened in 2013, Cellarmaker Brewing Company.

Both Monks Kettle and Cellarmaker started in SF and have since moved to Oakland, and for a dozen years their beers have almost always been on tap at The Monk’s Kettle. This is a brewery that changed the Bay Area brewing scene: you know how all the breweries in the area have weekly releases of new hoppy beers, ensuring fresh and exciting IPAs?

Well, you have Cellarmaker to thank for that.

We will be pouring a variety of Cellarmaker beers on draft, featuring several with food pairings.  Chef Raiden will be featuring Chicken Karaage to be paired with Pacific Crush, a West Coast IPA. Our cookie plate beer pairing will feature Bbl-Aged Midnight Silk, Coffee & Cigarettes, and a Rare Barrel sour (tbd).
