Sat 2/21: 12th Annual “United Sours of America”

Our 12th year of hosting an American sour fest, with at least ten sours on draft, and more available in the bottle.

Mon 2/23: Beer & Cookies

Featuring pastry chef Kate Brown’s lovely cookies, paired with some special beers

Tues 2/24: Trappist Tuesday

Paying homage to the monkish brews that inspired our name, paired with Chef Raiden’s Moules Frites

Wed 2/25: Trip IPA Fest including Pliny the Younger and Big Chicken

We’ll have a bunch of Triple IPAs on draft, including the famed Pliny the Younger, and HenHouse’s Big Chicken. Chef Raiden will be offering up a perfect pairing with Chicken Karaage.

Thurs 2/26: Sante Adairius Tap Takeover

Celebrating the beers of one of our favorite breweries to work with, Sante Adairius, with a bunch of drafts and glass pours from the bottle.

Sat 2/28: Admiral Maltings Day

Featuring the “other” beer ingredient, malt. We are featuring beers from a variety of breweries, all with the through-line that they contain malt from a local artisan malting house, Admiral Maltings.  

Sun 3/1: HiFi Happy Hour with $1 off drafts all day

The biggest challenge of Beer Week is often getting the beer list back to normal. You can help us kick the kegs, and we’ll incentivize you with $1 off all drafts all day. In the evening, we will have a couple of DJs spinning for a true HiFi Happy Hour (more details to come on that)
