April Beer Feature: Saisons!
Thursday April 30th
April’s feature originally began with just the French brewery La Malpolon, which specializes in Saisons.
But then we got really excited about all the other Saisons available right now, and decided to expand it to be a feature of amazing Saisons!
Spring is Saison season. “Saison” means “season” in French, the language of the area first known for brewing them (in France, where La Malpolon is located, as well as the French-speaking areas of Belgium). These farmhouse beers were made at the beginning of winter and aged for a few months until spring, when the farmhouse needed workers, who of course would need this thirst-quenching liquid fortification.
Chef Raiden will be featuring our often-requested Moules Frites for a perfect pairing to our ridiculous list of Saisons that showcase the vast spectrum of farmhouse ales.
On draft:
La Malpolon Heure D'ete
La Malpolon Saison Maison #4
La Malpolon Saison du Chai 2025

July Brewery Feature: Moonlight Brewing
Thursday July 30th
Join us Thursday, July 30, as we celebrate the beers of famed Moonlight Brewing Company.
"Our 20 barrel brewhouse has no computers, requiring kinship between raw ingredients, equipment, and brewer in order to produce our beer. We use sight, smell and taste (and some lab gadgetry) to determine when a beer is ready to be released to the world.
While most of our beer is made with just malted barley and hops, we use different grains and herbs in some of our seasonal beers. These ingredients and the flavors they produce give us a glimpse into a time when the beer world was not dominated by hops.
Although most of our beers are fermented with our house lager and ale yeasts, we usually slip in a few saisons in Summertime. We hope you will find a few new favorites in our offerings. Cheers!"

August Brewery Feature: Dutchess Ales
Thursday August 27th
Join us Thursday Aug 27, as we celebrate the beers of New York's Dutchess Ales.
"Dutchess Ales began with the goal of simply creating pure, nuanced, and balanced ales, in the British tradition here in the USA. Over time we naturally evolved to brew the international Lagers we love with the same aim of old world purity and balance. We hope you find them refreshing, a joy to drink, and of the highest quality."
